INCREASE IN TRASH RATE
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2026
Please be advised that effective January 2026, Trash rates will increase from $24.00 to $30.00 per month due to increases to Dauphin Borough from our trash hauler.
High Street Sewer Project
The High Street Sewer Project is scheduled to begin Monday December 8, 2025. High Street will be closed to vehicle traffic during this project. The Post Office and Waste Management have been contacted and arrangements have been made. Dauphin County 911 Communications also have been notified, and response plans have been made.

RATE INCREASE NOTICE
Residents, please be advised that, due to the increasing costs of providing sewer and trash services, Borough Council has been forced to pass along commensurate increases in our utility rates. Beginning in 2025. You will note that your monthly bill for sewer will be $3 more and your monthly bill for trash will be $2 more, for a total bill increase of $5. Thank you for your understanding.
